Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert-level IT support to employees by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • •Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including provisioning laptops and securely de-provisioning accounts.
  • •Maintain and support IT infrastructure and physical systems, including network devices and meeting room technology.
  • •Manage the lifecycle of IT assets such as laptops, monitors, peripherals, procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
  • •Support information security policies by managing user permissions and helping ensure compliance requirements (including HIPAA).

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support or administration role, managing company IT infrastructure and internal services.
  • •Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • •Experience with cloud-based productivity suites such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • •Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as JumpCloud and 1Password.
  • •Solid understanding of networking concepts and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
