Job Summary

Manage the cement manufacturing process by analyzing operations and implementing changes to improve fuel efficiency, electrical efficiency, and production rate. Promote plant safety, work with shift process teams to keep mills and pyro lines running at peak performance, and support the Production Department with technical guidance. Perform programming for plant programmable control systems, run performance testing, and maintain equipment performance records using data, sampling, and in-house expertise.

•Perform programming and maintenance/documentation improvements for computerized process systems; conduct performance testing and maintain equipment performance records.

Key Requirements

•4-year/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (or closely related)
•Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical/chemical engineering (or closely related)
•Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, and signs
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
•Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
