Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical production/factory equipment, including fabricating special purpose units for electrical measurement, control, and communications systems.
  • •Receive instructions from supervisors and use own hand tools and lockable toolbox to carry out work.
  • •Read and interpret maintenance specifications, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to layout, install, alter, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, communication and control systems.
  • •Diagnose power/control/communication system failures, make repairs per specifications, and verify proper operation after completion of work.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, maintain company records, follow safety rules, and complete required housekeeping tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience.
  • •Have completed a State Licensed Journeyman Apprenticeship Program, or the ability to complete a relevant trade school program or field-related AAS degree.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment or experience with IBEW.
  • •State Licensed Journeyman (preferred).
  • •Ability to soft and silver solder.
