Job Summary

Lead the regional execution of the firm’s digital asset strategy across the Americas, serving as the primary representative for product development, commercialization, and strategic partnerships. Own a region-specific digital asset product roadmap, identify market and regulatory opportunities, and drive the development and launch of new digital asset products (including fund structuring and approvals). Partner with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams, and represent the firm in industry and client forums.

•Lead development and launch of new digital asset products, including fund structuring, governance, and regulatory approvals.
•Partner with distribution teams for client engagement, education, and product commercialization; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product Management for readiness and risk alignment.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in asset management or digital assets, with a focus on product development, strategy, or investment management.

•Experience working with institutional and/or retail clients in the Americas.
•Familiarity with fund structures, investment strategies, and operational frameworks relevant to digital assets.
