  • •Oversee and support key operational and visual processes, maintaining strong sales floor visual standards.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising changes, including product recovery, restock, and destock according to store leadership directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes using payroll management and reporting to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
  • •Partner with General/Store Manager to review and monitor budget and business metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) and contribute to quarterly business review and sales planning.
  • •Lead and develop the Visual team through accountability, coaching, recruitment/succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve KPI’s and operational efficiency.
