Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line leadership and supervision for the Plant Support Engineering team to ensure alignment with plant priorities and safe, reliable operation.
  • •Manage and coordinate System Health Team activities to identify, prioritize, and resolve system and equipment performance issues.
  • •Represent Plant Support Engineering on outage management teams and cross-functional plant forums.
  • •Oversee monitoring, trending, and evaluation of plant systems, driving near- and long-term performance improvements.
  • •Develop and manage corrective and improvement action plans, including directing daily work, coordinating staffing/on-call/outage coverage, and managing budgets and deliverable quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • •Extensive knowledge of power plant systems, including engineering principles for design, operation, and equipment reliability.
  • •Extensive knowledge of applicable codes, standards, plant-specific procedures, and regulatory requirements for nuclear plant design and operation.
  • •Working knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control related to engineering activities and outage support.
  • •Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and supervision of engineering personnel.
