Jr. Sous Chef - Temporary

Support the culinary team at Starbase by helping with kitchen inventory, food preparation, setup, and food quality standards. Assist with cost controls, meal pricing schedules, ingredient sourcing (local, sustainable, organic), and menu planning with a seasonal, creative focus. Help manage purchasing and inventory, contribute to staff food-safety meetings, maintain a safe kitchen and café environment, and support in-house catering for company and special events.
