Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for government and commercial opportunities, from kickoff through submission. Build compliant proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and outlines; write, edit, and coordinate proposal content with engineering, product, and BD SMEs. Run color team reviews and incorporate feedback, while maintaining reusable past-performance and boilerplate libraries. Track pipeline and win/loss outcomes and support capture activities as needed.
