Drive the operational engine behind AI Data Cloud event content by managing the end-to-end content production pipeline for flagship programs like Snowflake Summit, Snowflake World Tour, and Data for Breakfast. Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, coordinate approvals and cross-functional reviews, maintain speaker/event content across platforms, and package content into reusable formats for webinars, account activations, and digital follow-ons using AI to scale personalization.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline for strategic events, tracking sessions, speakers, and assets from submission through post-event distribution using AI and automation
•Act as primary point of contact for internal and external speakers, managing submission deadlines, review cycles, rehearsal coordination, and asset approvals
•Ensure speaker portals, event content catalogs, and website content are accurate and current across platforms
•Coordinate cross-functional content reviews with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure assets are approved and show-ready
•Package and distribute event content into reusable formats for account-level activations, webinars, and digital follow-ons; partner with agency and AV production teams for technical and brand requirements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 216,300 annually

•Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation and solution-focused approach
•Familiarity with Speaker Resource Center tooling and event CMS platforms such as RainFocus or Cvent (or similar systems)
