Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor real-time Megapack health and performance metrics (availability, throughput, efficiency, temperature, alarms, state of health).
  • •Manage Tesla service tickets and coordinate onsite resolution with Tesla field service technicians.
  • •Own maintenance for Megapack transformers, including scheduling, coordination with manufacturers/contractors, and preventive/corrective work.
  • •Design and place O&M infrastructure (access platforms, cooling, electrical tie-ins, fire protection) and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and validation.
  • •Analyze performance data for trends/degradation and drive continuous improvement; maintain records and support commissioning of new deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience coordinating with OEM field service teams and managing vendor relationships in mission-critical environments.
  • •Experience with maintenance planning, asset management, and regulatory compliance for high-voltage energy infrastructure.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills, able to drive issues to resolution under time pressure.
  • •Comfort working onsite in an industrial/data center environment.
  • •Ability to work evenings/weekends and provide on-call support as needed.
