Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in driving ZDHC compliance initiatives including mapping and tracking wet facilities chemical inputs, water stewardship, and program reporting.
  • •Support chemical compliance and animal welfare training programs for employees, suppliers, and 3rd-party brands.
  • •Implement the ASOS ACCT program, including managing auditing, and support fabric-team supplier auditing and reporting.
  • •Oversee the chemical surveillance program and lead due diligence risk assessments, including communicating compliance summaries and guidance for corrective actions.
  • •Maintain accurate supplier databases, trackers, and critical paths; help review legislation for new opportunities; and support audit-ready documentation and external reporting to bodies such as Textile Genesis and GCS.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards including ZDHC, REACH, and Proposition 65.
