Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and draft routine documents, correspondence, and memoranda.
  • •Assist with healthcare regulatory filings, including operating licenses and provider enrollment materials, and support ownership transfer documentation.
  • •Prepare corporate filings with Secretaries of State and other governmental agencies.
  • •Conduct preliminary legal or business research and collect/organize documents for due diligence in M&A, financings, or reorganizations.
  • •Support transactions by preparing, overseeing, and managing transactional documents, coordinating closings, and maintaining accurate records of completed transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Paralegal Certificate and/or a bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded academic institution.
  • •Excellent academic credentials and strong work ethic.
  • •Superior organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • •High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal document management systems, including comfort using AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot.
