Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the management and execution of machine learning tracks for the fraud-prevention vertical
  • •Run working ceremonies including Q planning, sprints, and Q closings
  • •Create and lead strategies to evolve working dynamics with a focus on business impact and delivery quality
  • •Provide mentoring and coaching to drive individual and team growth, and define KPIs aligned to vertical strategy
  • •Translate business needs and fraud case patterns into data science / machine learning solutions to contain deviations and attacks, collaborating with data analytics and data engineering for scalable deployments

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in Data Science and building Machine Learning models
  • •Advanced knowledge of SQL and the Python data-science development stack
  • •Experience technically leading data science / machine learning initiatives
  • •Experience supporting and developing people in technical teams
