Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned, predictive, and breakdown maintenance by locating failures, diagnosing issues, replacing components, and troubleshooting using drawings, manuals, and instructions.
  • •Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and systems, including pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery, using appropriate instruments and tools.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment (circuits, wiring, grounding, motors, switches, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, alarms) and test for safety and efficiency.
  • •Follow preventive maintenance schedules, complete maintenance work orders, inspect shop equipment per OSHA requirements, and maintain a clean, safe production environment.
  • •Support production and facilities goals by preparing equipment for operation, assisting engineers with diagnostics, and performing additional maintenance such as painting, masonry, plumbing, woodwork, and HVAC/janitorial/grounds support.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years previous experience required.
  • •Certifications in specialty areas required as applicable, or the ability to acquire them within specified timing.
  • •Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills.
