Own a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC, driving performance, accountability, and growth. Lead partner readiness and scalable onboarding for new product launches, improving operational processes and partner performance. Build strong external relationships and manage operational escalations while monitoring performance, identifying risks, and driving resolution plans. Partner cross-functionally across Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain to help Canva Print grow with quality and reliability.

•Own a portfolio of print partners and suppliers across APAC to drive performance, accountability, and growth.
•Lead partner readiness for new product launches and drive scalable onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities.
•Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational processes, partner performance, and scalability of Canva’s print partner network across APAC.
•Build strong relationships with external partners and serve as a key point of contact for operational escalations.
•Monitor operational performance, identify risks early, drive resolution plans, and contribute to regional planning and strategic initiatives.

•Experience scaling a partner or supplier network across multiple markets or operational environments.
•Ability to drive initiatives independently and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
