•Lead client engagements and workstreams for large enterprise programs across industries, driving measurable value from initiation to benefit realization.
•Mitigate risks, solve issues, and ensure delivery stays aligned with agreed timescales, budgets, and quality criteria.
•Lead and develop relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders; identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
•Provide team leadership through delivery expertise, coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training while leveraging subject matter experts for customized solutions.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with work experience using project management and change management methodologies and techniques.
•6+ years of project management experience.
•Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.
•Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties.
•Ability to manage key client relationships and communicate effectively (English and local office language, if applicable).
