Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve Zurich’s people analytics capability through impactful reporting, insights, and workforce intelligence.
  • •Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions to improve efficiency and employee experiences.
  • •Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, that extend the People Team’s effectiveness.
  • •Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to solve workforce, organisational, and people-related challenges.
  • •Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights, championing privacy, security, governance, and data quality for responsible innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or technology solution delivery, ideally within HR or a related business function.
  • •Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and delivery of actionable insights.
  • •Experience working with enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and complex data environments.
  • •Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
  • •Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and risk management when handling sensitive information.
