Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general maintenance and repair of building systems including electrical and HVAC equipment.
  • •Read and interpret blueprints and write clear, legible work reports and requisitions.
  • •Complete required tests and maintain documentation for regulatory and internal records.
  • •Maintain and operate building systems in accordance with safety rules and standard practices.
  • •Ensure ongoing compliance by meeting CAST test requirements and maintaining valid driver’s license (Class D).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50.54 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial Electrical Certificate (2 year or 14 months continuous) with a C or above
  • •HVAC and Refrigeration certificate (2 year or 14 month continuous) with a C or above
  • •EPA Universal Certification
  • •At least two years' work experience as a Journeyman or previously classified as an Office Building Mechanic within the past 24 months
  • •Must pass a written test of technical knowledge
