•Lead and develop the customs team in the EMEA region to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant implementation of customs processes.

•Steer and improve the operational area, including performance monitoring, continuous improvements, and support for complex customs issues.
•Ensure compliance and governance via standardized processes, knowledge sharing, and adherence to legal and internal requirements.
•Build and maintain relationships with customs authorities and internal stakeholders to support business and compliance objectives.
