Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system on site according to the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities, ensuring documents cover all site activities.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals, and raise NCRs for substandard materials.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update stakeholders on job status, and maintain inspection and test records for weekly progress meetings.
  • •Establish and monitor QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements and client expectations; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant QA/QC experience.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •In-depth understanding of QMS/IMS and the Quality Management System for construction activities.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
  • •Professional qualification such as MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001), or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
