Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology, or 3+ years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating roles, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Familiarity with operation and design of HVAC systems and building automation systems/temperature controls.
  • •Familiarity with new construction and renovation/retrofit, performance contracting, and service project management (preferred).
  • •Windows operating system and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • •Experience with a drafting/design program (required).
