Job Summary

A hybrid payroll analyst role focused on international time and attendance processing, payroll workflow management, and cross-system reconciliation. You’ll implement international time programs, ensure accurate labor transactions, audit HR/time/payroll interfaces, and support compliance and process improvements within RTX’s Global Time & Labor Management team.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe.
•Process international time feeds for Payroll and document/update procedures.
•Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely.
•Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems.
•Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for countries supported.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree
•2 years of experience with Payroll/Labor
•2+ years of experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as Workday, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Manager
•Experience and knowledge of Payroll best practices
•Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word (preferred)
