Job Summary

Drive strategy and excellence in the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects by leading multiple initiatives, managing client interfaces, and overseeing contractual requirements. Serve as a technical lead for workshops and design reviews, guide deliverables against applicable standards and scope, and support site opportunity/constraint studies. May act as a line manager or Project Manager on smaller disciplines, track task budgets, and contribute to studio growth through thought leadership and business development.

•Lead and coordinate landscape architecture project deliverables and ensure compliance with scope of work and contracts.

•Support budget tracking for specific tasks and bridge design delivery with budget expectations.
•Contribute to team development through identifying skills gaps, recruiting new joiners, and participating in U+P steering committees.
