Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct the work of assigned technicians by determining work procedures, expediting workflow, assigning duties, and checking work accuracy and conformance.
  • •Ensure service and repair work is completed to company standards and applicable regulations, including inspections and maintenance (oil/filter, fuel filter, transmission flush, brakes, tires, tune-ups, suspension, diagnostics, and related repairs).
  • •Provide day-to-day direction to Auto Maintenance team members and allied vendors/service providers.
  • •Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies, and supervise accurate work order forms and vehicle records.
  • •Mentor and teach technicians; enforce safety procedures and maintain clean, tidy shop/work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving required.
  • •Preferred: ASE certifications in automotive repair.
  • •Ability to supervise technicians and work providers while ensuring quality and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • •Willingness to clear a pre-employment drug test.
