Key Responsibilities

•Take a leadership role in the development of the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts under the guidance of the Team Lead.
•Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and ad-hoc reports to identify key trends and drivers of performance.
•Assist in the creation of financial presentation materials for review by Senior Leadership and Business Partners.
•Support the resolution of financial questions and issues raised by the Director of Finance or Leadership team.
•Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures; analyze data to identify best practices and improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; graduate degree preferred.
•6+ years’ experience in accounting and finance with a focus on finance; experience in a matrix/global organization.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), AFO, QlikView (or other data mining tool), BI tools (Tableau/Power BI or similar); SAP or similar ERP system.
•Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work and lead in a team.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work with other managers and business owners.
