Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage the lifecycle of enterprise observability platforms using Elastic technologies (deployment, onboarding, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and scaling).
  • •Onboard and manage observability data collection across infrastructure, cloud services, applications, and platforms, including logs, metrics, traces, uptime, and APM.
  • •Build dashboards, visualizations, alerts, and operational reports to support technology teams and observability standards.
  • •Support incident investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using observability telemetry.
  • •Drive automation and repeatable operational practices using scripting and infrastructure as code, and maintain runbooks/knowledge articles for SMEs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in enterprise-scale or mission-critical environments.
  • •5+ years in cloud/application/platform operations and administration (AWS, Azure, hybrid or multi-cloud).
  • •5+ years automation experience with scripting and CI/CD (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby or equivalent).
  • •Experience administering Elastic Observability platforms end-to-end (deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patching, capacity scaling).
  • •Experience with observability/telemetry and cloud-native stacks including containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
