Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep point of view on AtoB's competitive position and where we should invest next — grounded in direct conversations with customers and ecosystem partners (freight brokers, factoring companies, fuel networks).
  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, including success metrics, sequencing, and the trade-offs that come with both.
  • •Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners across Sales, Partnerships, and Support — from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • •Run user research with fleet managers and drivers, including in-the-field visits. Ground every decision in real customer pain, not internal opinion.
  • •Use GenAI tooling (Claude Code and similar) to prototype quickly and align the org behind a shared vision before committing engineering resources.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally including B2B or enterprise software.
  • •Strong customer research instincts; comfortable running discovery sessions with non-technical users in person and remotely.
  • •Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to prototype, communicate, and accelerate your own work.
  • •Comfort working with data (SQL or equivalent) to investigate questions and back up decisions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, complex product launches.
