Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, equipment, vehicles, and grounds.
  • •Inspect and monitor building systems (including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing) to ensure proper operation and environmental conditions.
  • •Drive the preventive maintenance program, identify deficiencies/end-of-life risks, and report recommendations to the Facilities Manager.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records and efficiently complete emergency and preventive tasks, coordinating assistance as needed.
  • •Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, oversee contractor work with inspections, and train Level 1 & 2 technicians and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating and maintaining building equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical and fire systems.
  • •Experience using CMMS or related work order management systems.
  • •Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
