Ski Instructor

Deliver private and group ski or snowboard lessons for all skill levels, including guests with special needs, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and guest safety. Handle inquiries around lessons, bookings, sales, and available services; ensure rental equipment is checked and fitted correctly; and supervise guests during sessions following access control procedures. Support upselling and academy targets, complete training and onboarding, and remain flexible for shifts and events.
