Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct private and group ski/snowboard lessons for all skill levels, including guests with special needs.
  • •Provide professional guidance on lessons, bookings, sales, and available services.
  • •Check and ensure rental equipment is properly fitted and safe before guest use.
  • •Maintain full guest supervision and a high safety standard during lessons in line with access control procedures.
  • •Support revenue growth through upselling and promoting ski services; participate in training, onboarding, competitions, and events.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified ski/snowboard instructor with an international qualification.
  • •Minimum one season in a ski academy, with prior kids teaching experience.
  • •Advanced skiing/snowboarding skills with the ability to instruct professionally.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
  • •Strong teamwork, customer service focus, and effective teaching methods.
