Job Summary

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement at the Russellville manufacturing facility by strengthening Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and supporting digital transformation. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and trainer, manage centerline and daily assessments, coordinate improvement initiatives with plant teams and vendors, and lead loss-elimination priorities through Daily Direction Meetings. Develop manufacturing processes that meet product, quality, and cost targets while mitigating operational risk and providing backup support for front-line supervisors.

•Serve as a technical subject matter expert and trainer for line and operations teams.
•Oversee the production line centerline management system and establish standards.
•Partner with facilities and maintenance teams on improvement projects affecting site accountability.
•Coordinate focused improvement work with personnel, contractors, and vendors to complete projects on time.
•Lead loss elimination activities through Daily Direction Meetings and provide assessments for the plant.

•Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food engineering, biological engineering, or a related field.

•Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills; project management experience preferred; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.
