Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards and stockroom standards for safe, efficient store operation.
  • •Use reporting and metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
