Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver robust project controls and drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • •Define and implement project controls approaches across project, programme and portfolio levels to enable effective decision making.
  • •Establish governance and assurance processes around project controls products and ensure alignment with NEC/FIDIC contracts.
  • •Define and manage the scope, breakdown structures and dependencies, coordinating with senior professionals to deliver integrated controls outputs.
  • •Deliver Performance Measurement Baseline, manage change control, and provide delivery insight to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional experience applying planning, cost estimation, cost management, risk management or reporting across multiple projects in energy/industrial sectors; nuclear experience is desirable but not required.
  • •Strong leadership with ability to influence, coach and develop a team in a diverse environment.
  • •Proficiency with project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., APM or PMI).
