Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement technical strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product development, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems.
  • •Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Policy.
  • •Manage the technical team on the project site, including directing strategy and daily/weekly/monthly tasks and work plans.
  • •Ensure quality of deliverables within budget and contribute to key strategic decisions/directions for the project.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years of GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong experience preparing detailed method statements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, policies, and procedures, including material engineering properties and availability.
  • •Excellent technical skills to organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings, with Project Management knowledge and preferably SAP ERP functional skills.
