Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring timely transaction recording, payroll/vendor payments, and on-time statutory and internal financial reporting. Lead monthly close deliverables across multiple entities, including management accounts preparation, GL and bank reconciliations, and reporting to finance governance committees. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, and provide analytics to improve financial performance and controls. Manage and develop the finance team through communication and training support.
