Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, develop, and implement strategic territory and partner account plans with Optiv across Thales Data Security and Imperva.
  • •Educate and enable Optiv to drive sales and expand the Optiv community to sell Thales solutions.
  • •Build joint business plans with quantified action steps and a regular cadence of reviews.
  • •Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives to deliver on partner and revenue goals.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact, manage difficult conversations/resolutions, and report forecasts, reviews, and performance to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent work experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in channel sales and channel development, preferably in a security, appdev, networking, cloud, or infrastructure company within a two-tier distribution environment.
  • •Ability to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately.
  • •Capable of developing and presenting solution strategies that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills, and ability to independently execute with limited supervision.
