Senior PX Analyst

Partner with business leaders as a Senior People Analyst/HR Business Partner, supporting people-related initiatives and HR matters. Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations, and support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Deliver HR analytics such as headcount, turnover, and absence reporting, assist with talent and performance/engagement programs, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank regulations, and internal policies.
