Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from initial discovery through production launch.
  • •Understand customers’ workflows, pain points, and business goals, then translate requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
  • •Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
  • •Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, and business processes.
  • •Troubleshoot issues across integrations and production deployments, run working sessions/demos, and capture learnings into playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Have strong communication skills and enjoy working directly with customers.
  • •Comfortably work with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems, and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment/implementation, or another customer-facing technical role.
  • •Solve technical problems hands-on when things break, including troubleshooting ambiguous business and technical challenges.
  • •Be highly organized, able to manage multiple customer projects, and follow issues through until resolved.
