Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales as the technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value to achieve the technical win.
  • •Design customer-specific solutions for deployment and integration of Chainalysis products, from high-level architecture to code implementation guidance.
  • •Own post-sale delivery and customer experience end to end by configuring, deploying, and tuning products, working directly alongside customer teams.
  • •Drive sustained adoption and measurable value through onboarding, monitoring usage and product health, tuning rules and alerts, and intervening when adoption slips.
  • •Investigate using Chainalysis tooling and translate findings into actionable insights, while mapping customer workflows to product capabilities across compliance, security, and data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with private sector customer types such as banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers.
  • •Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, with credible experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security.
  • •Technical generalist experience with REST API integrations and familiarity with how data is structured in SQL.
  • •Experience in enterprise SaaS account or customer management, including commercial awareness and partnering on renewals and expansion.
  • •Clear communication skills for both technical and executive audiences, with curiosity and a collaborative approach.
