Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the work area and equipment are safe and clean.
  • •Ensure employees receive adequate machine-specific safety training prior to operating equipment.
  • •Assist in scheduling production and balancing workloads between teams or work areas.
  • •Review preshift machine inspection sheets and address concerns; review production sheets and communicate updates to employees.
  • •Check materials and finished products to ensure quality and customer specification compliance; lead continuous improvements and safety initiatives, prepare production reports, and maintain required records.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related area (1 to 3 years preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of production reporting and production scheduling.
  • •Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age (high school diploma/GED preferred but not required).
