Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategy for growing the telecommunications rental offering.
  • •Manage and grow a small team of telecommunications professionals.
  • •Own the end-to-end radio fleet lifecycle, including purchasing, replacement, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, refurbishment, and retirement.
  • •Create scalable operating procedures for quoting, provisioning, programming, deployment, returns, inspection, repair, and redeployment.
  • •Maintain compliance with FCC requirements and telecommunications regulations, and report business metrics (revenue, gross margin, utilization, repair costs, loss rates, customer satisfaction).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in telecommunications, two-way radio, field communications, or a closely related industry.
  • •At least 3 years of leadership or people-management experience, including experience scaling a rapidly growing operation.
  • •Strong technical understanding of commercial two-way radio systems and related equipment, including Motorola Solutions products.
  • •Experience with radio programming/configuration, fleet management, or telecommunications operations.
  • •Experience supporting construction, industrial, utility, energy, or large-scale jobsite operations, plus familiarity with GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular, or other jobsite connectivity technologies.
