Job Summary

Join Thales Nederland as an Intern KPI Standardization & Data Governance to map, document, and standardize KPIs across the Industry Digital Technology domain. You’ll interview senior stakeholders, define KPI formulas and data lineage, build a central KPI library, assess data quality, and contribute to governance improvements. Optional research track can lead to a Bachelor or Master thesis, with mentorship from Thales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct structured interviews with Industry MT members, APRU managers, and KPI owners to gather KPI definitions and data sources.
•Document KPI definitions, formulas, data lineage, and consumption patterns for standardization.
•Identify inconsistencies, overlaps, and gaps in KPI landscape and propose improvements.
•Develop a central KPI library / data glossary to support governance efforts.
•Deliver a final proposal for KPI standardization at strategic and tactical levels, with recommendations for future governance.
