Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to achieve performance goals related to safety, quality, equipment availability, DPML, training, and employee relations.
  • •Lead performance management, development, and employee relations activities for a team of engineers and technicians in the Thin Films Metals Department.
  • •Partner with department leaders to operate as one team, ensuring consistency in performance, execution, and results across functional areas and shifts.
  • •Support factory and segment initiatives through leadership participation in IMT, Production, and TMI teams.
  • •Serve as a role model for culture and drive operational excellence focused on safety, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering plus 4+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing (or a Master’s with 2+ years).
  • •Required semiconductor process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor process flows, equipment troubleshooting, and Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS) methodologies.
  • •Experience collaborating with vendor field service engineers and manufacturing/engineering technicians to support equipment performance and reliability.
  • •Technical expertise to provide engineering leadership on quality and process improvement initiatives.
