Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain executive diaries according to priorities, limits, and leniencies.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, including events, travel, and action items.
  • •Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, distribution lists, email groups, and other documents/databases.
  • •Arrange domestic and international travel; manage correspondence and prepare and coordinate presentations.
