Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and develop field service representatives by directing staffing, recruiting, training, talent assessment, performance appraisal, and professional development.
  • •Provide operational leadership by managing and coordinating service programs, overseeing project completion, and supporting backlog management and strategic planning.
  • •Serve as the primary customer technical contact for service and technical issues, mentoring and backing up field personnel while coordinating warranty resolutions.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance by implementing safety programs, providing safety equipment, overseeing hazardous/non-hazardous material disposal, and leading field safety training.
  • •Manage business and process operations by submitting monthly operations reports, handling escalations in a 24/7 environment, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in an Electrical field from an accredited institution, or Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician Certification/Ticket.
  • •5 years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
  • •Experience directing and supervising a technical field service team, plus prior sales experience.
  • •Knowledge and practice of safety precautions when working with electrical equipment.
  • •Business travel to customer sites; travel to the United States for training; valid, unrestricted driver’s license; legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
