  • •Facilitate student learning and performance assessments in on-site Clinical Learning Labs, including high-fidelity simulation.
  • •Teach through demonstration, practice, assistance, and scenario facilitation using evidence-based standards and guidelines.
  • •Support students in applying clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, reflection, and active listening.
  • •Evaluate clinical learning using evidence-based tools and provide constructive feedback.
  • •Collaborate with supervisors and lab faculty on referrals, onboarding support, and lab operations (scheduling and inventory).
