Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and support of enterprise J2EE web applications ensuring reliability and performance.
•Collaborate with frontend (React) and backend (Spring/Spring Boot) teams, leveraging cloud technologies.
•Operate in a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment and manage production monitoring, data production, error analysis, and client communications.
•Build AI-assisted troubleshooting playbooks, prompt templates, and diagnostic checklists to address recurring incidents.
•Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enabled automation in support workflows and track outcomes (MTTR reduction, reduced alert noise).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of production monitoring experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects.
•Hands-on experience with Java EE, Maven, React.js and core principles, and familiarity with modern frontend workflows (e.g., Redux).
•Proficiency with Spring / Spring Boot and cloud technologies; experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
•Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for both backend and frontend components (Java/JavaScript).
•Experience in a B2B production support role including data production monitoring, error analysis, client communication, and issue investigation.
