Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for key mobile app journeys from prioritisation and concept through detailed design, implementation, and launch.
  • •Design mobile-first experiences using native interaction patterns rather than adapting web/desktop to smaller screens.
  • •Translate strategy into actionable designs with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations; identify high-impact problems and align priorities.
  • •Simplify complex financial workflows for mobile while balancing client needs, business goals, security requirements, and technical constraints.
  • •Prototype, test, and iterate quickly using research and data; partner with mobile engineers through implementation to ensure quality at launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant professional experience in Product Design or UX (Level 3/Level 4 expectations assessed during interviews).
  • •A portfolio showing strong native mobile iOS and/or Android product design work.
  • •Strong understanding of mobile interaction design, information architecture, navigation, gestures, states, accessibility, and platform conventions.
  • •Experience partnering with mobile engineers and understanding constraints of building native applications.
  • •Strong visual craft and product thinking, balancing client needs, business goals, and technical realities with data-informed trade-offs.
