Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support construction cost services for a multi-phase data center campus program, advising clients on commercial strategy and driving change management through change control, cost analysis, and reporting. Manage vendor bid processes, change orders, estimating, cost forecasts, and payment applications while maintaining change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers. Provide cost recommendations and support value engineering, risk assessment, and post-contract audits to ensure all changes are captured and reconciled.
