•Provide technical support through the company’s technical hotline call center.
•Support customers, applicators, Sales teams, and partners in the correct selection and application of Sika products and systems.
•Handle technical inquiries related to product use, application methods, compatibility, and performance.
•Record technical cases, inquiries, and follow-up actions accurately in Salesforce or other company systems.
•Prepare and/or review technical specifications, system proposals, and design recommendations.
