Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking. Support the branch sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs, and helping drive Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls and risk policies.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by performing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and referring clients to appropriate team members.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including handling new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
